Juan Pablo Pacheco Bejarano (Bogotá, 1991) is a visual artist and writer driven by questions about the interdependence of technology, territory, and ecology, seeking to imagine media beyond extraction. Through texts, audiovisual projects, and participatory laboratories, his research delves into the historical, material, and poetic relationships between technological infrastructures and other planetary systems. Juan Pablo has taught in Colombia and the Netherlands, and is currently a resident at the Jan Van Eyck Academy. 

Juan Pablo Pacheco Bejarano (Bogotá, 1991) es un artista visual y escritor atravesado por preguntas sobre el entramado entre la tecnología, el territorio y la ecología, buscando imaginar medios más allá de la extracción.  A través de textos, proyectos audiovisuales y laboratorios participativos, su investigación profundiza en las relaciones históricas, materiales y poéticas entre las infraestructuras tecnológicas y otros sistemas planetarios. Juan Pablo ha enseñado en Colombia y los Países Bajos, y actualmente es residente en la Academia Jan Van Eyck.
